Most pins, p4p and original art, are always open preorder. I may have a LE pin every now and then. Normally, the preorder window for each pin is two weeks. Due to this, I only order enough extras to account for any grading or shipping issues that may arise. All preorders are done through my big cartel site. Most pins going forward, will be OE, open edition. If there is enough interest in a pin, I will hold a reorder for the pin. I will not be making p4p pins OE. Each p4p will be LE. This is to avoid any profit being made off p4p pins.
For preorders, I normally have the United States and Canada as the default shipping options. If you are in another country, please DM me on IG and I will calculate shipping cost for you to add to the site. For now, I can ship to most countries. If you are not in the US or Canada, and are planning to go for an in hand or LE drop, please message me before the drop so I can add a shipping option on for you.
All products, shipped within the US, are shipped with USPS Ground Advantage. This includes $100 worth of insurance. If you need an upgrade for shipping or insurance, please message me when pins are IN HAND to add on. I ship international packages with USPS First Class Package International. This option does not come with insurance. If you are international and would like to add on insurance, please DM me with your order information.
I do not do address changes for drop buddies. Most of my pins are open preorder, but if you and a drop buddy go for in hands, I will not refund orders if you both are successful.
If you have multiple orders from me and they are set to ship at the same time, I will combine shipping and refund the difference. I will announce on my main IG page for address changes and shipping updates. I try to have a one week - two-week window for address changes to be submitted. You can email ([email protected]) or DM me at any time for an address change. Please make sure I confirm the change with you. Sometimes my emails or DMs go to request/spam folders. Please allow up to week for any in hand sales to ship. Once packages are dropped off, please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.
Please only resell any of my pins, p4p or original art, at no more than D+S+S. I understand people's collections change, but any preselling or pretrading of pins are between the buyer and their recipient. Please only prebuy or pretrade with someone you are comfortable with or trust. I cannot be held responsible for any sales or trades that happen with my pins once they are in someone else’s possession.
Open preorder pins will have no order limit. Feel free to order as many as you like! However, please check out in one transaction. Any in hand extras will be one per person. Please do not go for in hands if you have preordered a pin to give others a chance since extras are so limited.
For preorder buyers, if there are any issues with a pin or package, please contact me within two weeks of it being delivered to resolve any issues. After this time frame, I cannot guarantee a replacement. For in hand drops, I normally put up the entire quanity of extras, so if a pin is lost, there is a chance you will not be able to get a replacement. For preorder buyers, if there is an issue with tracking not updating, I will put a pin to the side until an update occurs. Once a pin is marked delivered, I am not responsible for any lost or stolen mail. Please keep this in mind. If a package is returned to me, I will allow the buyer to repay for shipping to ship back to them.
Preorders can take anywhere from 6-9 months. This is due to a variety of reasons. If you ever have any questions on a pin’s timeline or status, I post updates on my update page and my DMs are always open to any questions the page may not answer. All preorder sales are final, and I do not offer refunds unless there is an issue with the manufacturing of the pin itself. If you are not comfortable waiting for a preorder item, please do not purchase.
Please note, effects and colors are subject to change during production. All changes will be posted on my updates or main page. Some colors and effects may not 1:1 match the artproof, but I will ensure they are as close as possible. There may be a case where an effect or color is changed from the original art proof. If you are not satisfied with the change once pins are completed, please message me for a refund. This is only for pins that have been significantly changed from the original art proof during production. You will not be able to purchase in hands if you request a refund.
Regarding tariffs, as of now, I have not had to increase prices. If future pins need an increase in price, this will be noted and added into the base price, if the price is still reasonable. All current pins in production or that will be in production: if the tariff price is reasonable, I will cover the expense; if the tariff prices are more than I can reasonably cover, buyers may be responsible for the additional costs. Any further information I receive on tariffs will be posted on my main IG page.
All presale pins will be preorder grade, which can be a mix of A/B. Preorder buyers will always get the best of the batch. If there are more flawed pins than nonflawed pins, I will try to order more or have pins remade to fulfil preorders. I will do my best to ensure presale buyers never receive highly flawed pins. Please note, p4p pins are not graded as strictly as other pins I make, however, I will still not send out heavily flawed p4p pins. Please remember, all pins are made by hand and can have minor flaws.
A Grades: can have minimal visible flaws, may include minor imperfections such as minor scratches, dust or fuzz particles, small bubbles, small screenprint over lapping, and minor surface marks. Normally, these flaws won't be seen at arm length or when displayed. A Grades may have 1-2 minimal flaws.
B Grades: can have more noticeable flaws such as small dusts spots on facial areas, more than 1-2 dust, bubble, or scratched areas, more noticeable screen print overlapping.
C Grades: multiple, noticeable flaws such as noticeable facial flaws, color errors, large numbers or highly noticeable scratches, and other errors when displayed or at arm length.
D Grades: will include the same flaws as C Grades, but any pin with missing enamel will automatically be considered a D Grade pin.
If you are not comfortable with a C or D grade pin, please do not purchase when they are in hand.
I do not grade the back of my pins. I only ensure posts are not bent and are stable before shipment.
